Sandbox Mode

Every Seshn org comes with a linked sandbox environment for testing.

How it works

When you sign up, Seshn creates two linked organizations: a live org and a test org. Your sk_test_ key routes to the test org, which comes pre-seeded with services, resources, schedules, and contacts so you can start booking immediately.

What's different in sandbox

✓Payments are mocked — no real Stripe charges
✓Pre-seeded data: services, resources, availability for the next 2 weeks
✓Webhooks still fire — test your integration end-to-end
✓Data resets monthly — always fresh

Switching modes

Use the test/live toggle in your dashboard to switch between your sandbox and production orgs without logging out. Both share the same login — only the data and API keys differ.
