Entitlements

Entitlements are credit packs — prepaid session bundles that let contacts book without paying per visit.

Double-entry ledger

Seshn tracks credits with a double-entry ledger. Every credit grant and deduction is an immutable ledger entry — you always have a full audit trail of how credits were used.

Use cases

•10-class yoga pack — deduct 1 credit per booking
•Monthly membership with N visits — auto-grant credits on renewal
•Promotional credits — grant bonus sessions to specific contacts

Expiration

Entitlements support optional expiration dates. Expired credits are automatically excluded from balance calculations but remain in the ledger for audit.
